I am an energetic leader with more than 20 years of experience and expertise in real estate, contract management and business-process improvement. I pride myself on honesty, customer relations consistently providing quality services.
As a Real Estate Broker and Team Leader, my career has included the ownership of real estate offices in San Diego and Arizona, serving as a Life Coach, was the CEO of DEBMARK Managed Care Academy and worked as a Corporate Executive in the Defense and Aerospace industries. I have been recognized as a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills, am able to make difficult decisions, identify critical issues, and develop effective solutions to support my real estate clients and team members.
18+ years as broker-owner of Navigation Realty (formerly Five Star Executive Realty) makes me an excellent leader, communicator, negotiator, and motivator. I graduated from National University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with emphasis in legal studies. My education never stops! I also hold several designations and certifications such as Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Certified Professional, National Association of REALTORS® At Home with Diversity, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
When I am not working, I am a mother, grandmother, artist and life coach and motorcyle rider.
