It's always been the driving force behind how he does business, an integral part of their everyday practice—not only in business, but in life….Ken Mori have been serving Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado Counties since 1996 He is among the Top 1% of Agents in Northern California: Sacramento- Truckee-Tahoe regions, and received the P.R.O. Award (Peer-Recognized Outstanding—an award given in recognition of excellence in real estate by other brokers, agents, managers and peers), and the International President's Circle Designation Award. Ken (licensed in 1996) have extensive education in all areas of real estate, and specialize in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, short sale consultation, REO, investment (duplex, triplex, 4-plex and single-family rentals), senior properties, as well as river, lake and golf course premier properties. When he isn't hard at work Ken also enjoys bead work. Everything from jewelry, to blinging up Christmas trees, napkin rings, and wine glasses Ken enjoys his time with friends, dinner parties, classical music and opera. He takes a lot of trips to San Francisco and never misses the Bach festival in Carmel.
