My standard for "excellence in customer service" is based on 25 years of work experience with United Services Automobile Association (USAA), a fortune 500 company that provides insurance and financial services for our military and their dependents. The company motto is "We Know What It Means to Serve". It was a privilege and an honor to provide assistance and guidance for our military and their families throughout my career with USAA.
In 2002, I joined Mission Inn Real Estate Office, which is located at the Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey in the Hills, Florida, as a real estate agent. They had just started building new homes in their Las Colinas Development, so it was a great opportunity to work in real estate from the ground up. Over the years, I branched out and have added experience in relocation, resales and listings.
Real Estate has been a perfect second career. It has given me the opportunity to help others make their dreams come true. I enjoy my relationship with my clients and work hard to provide services that will exceed their expectations. My goal, as a real estate agent, is to always make the purchasing and selling process a pleasurable, stress free experience. As a result, friendships are made for life.
After 20 years my Mission Inn Real Estate broker retired and I have since moved to Olympus Executive Realty for Top Producers.
