Jan Selinfreund has been a Real Estate Broker since 1988. In her first full year in the Denver market she led Perry & Butler in Sales, and Volume. She continues in that tradition, always being a top agent and working her business one family at a time. In 2001 Coldwell Banker purchased Perry & Butler and propeled her into leading edge marketing.
She is a 5280 Five Star Realtor Award Winner since 2011.
Prior to Joining Perry & Butler Jan was a new home consultant, where she gained considerable expertise, not only in marketing homes but also with regard to construction techniques and quality.
Before working with a Builder, Jan and her husband Jerry owned a RE/MAX franchise. Jan knows what it takes to run a successful marketing plan. She truly cares about giving Buyers and Sellers the best possible service.
Before Jan found her passion in Real Estate, she was a financial planner with John Hancock for five years where she received numerous awards. Prior to that she was a protein chemist at Colorado University Medical Center. Jan has a Masters in Environmental Microbiology and Bachelors Degrees in both Biology and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
Jan’s commitment to her profession and community is a mark of her professionalism. She has served on numerous planning commissions for Mission Viejo in Highlands Ranch and is a co-founder of the Highlands Ranch Historical Association. She is involved with marketing groups of various Denver Boards of Realtors and served on several standing committees.
Jan is a member of the Highlands Ranch Rotary, and is a past president. She continues her dedication to Service Above Self to all your needs.
Jan finished #1 in the office 12 out of the last 16 years (there have been between 80-125 agents in the office during that period of time)
