Raised in South Johnson County, Olivia loves what Kansas City has to offer her buyers and sellers. She has sold properties all over the Kansas City area and aims to make each transaction, regardless of its scale, a successful and enjoyable process. Each interaction is more than just part of “making a deal”, but instead, the beginning of a relationship that does not simply end with the signing of a contract. Olivia’s goal of maintaining long-lasting relationships keeps integrity and honesty at the forefront of her business.
Olivia graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University with a Business Administration degree. She is a foodie who enjoys exploring those “hole in the wall” venues along with all the fine dining Kansas City has to offer. She is married with two sons, Kyle (21) and Cole (18). Kyle plays soccer for UMKC with an emphasis on Marketing. Cole is attending Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and not sure which direction he plans on studying but finding himself on the golf course as much as possible. Taylor and Olivia are obsessed with their 2-year-old Goldendoodle Rigby and find themselves going on morning and nightly walks with her.
Olivia and Taylor truly enjoy working together as they offer a unique skill set to their clients with top-notch customer service. While buying/selling is exciting, there can be challenges along the way and Taylor and Olivia know how to best negotiate and work out the most complex details of getting to the closing table with their client's best interests and real estate goals in the forefront.
