I spent most of my professional career (32 years at CIA) serving others, managing medium and complex projects, providing excellent customer service, working with and developing teams, and collaborating with diverse individuals and groups to meet the objectives of my customers and clients. I have had a permanent change of station (PCS) several times in support of the mission at the CIA, so we understand the stresses of hurried moves and short time frames to locate your next home and sell your existing one.
My wife (Dina Murphy – also a realtor with Coldwell Banker has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry) and I put our clients before ourselves. We take pride in being inclusive, agile, responsive, and relevant for our clients. We work for you with integrity - upholding the highest standards. Being truthful and forthright, setting proper expectations, and providing information and analysis to ensure our clients understand the processes associated with homeownership and sales. We will maintain your trust through accountability and delivering on time. We will use the tools, experiences, and leadership at Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors as well to ensure our clients get what they want and need.
We also give back to the community at church through many services, Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, hosting blood drives, and volunteering on committees at the San Antonio Board of relators.
