Full disclosure: I've known Brian for over 20 years and he is a good friend so I have a built in bias. Brian is a seasoned business professional who though he has been in the real estate investment business for decades has only been a professional realtor for less than a year. He has been instrumental in helping me get a fairly quick start in the property investment business. I dabbled a little in the spring and made a second go at it in about August of this year and closed on my first investment property in the city of St. Louis last Wednesday 29 November. I can thank Brian for helping me stay on track, get connected with financing and negotiate what I hope will be a profitable income generating first property. What I like about Brian's style is that he has the patience and skill (he has an education background) to deal with and in a sense mentor/educate new investors/homeowners in what I believe has become a fairly complex process. I think if you choose Brian to represent you in the process of buying or selling a property you'll spend less time spinning your wheels and more time getting traction and moving ahead and achieving your wealth building goals.

Brian Elsesser is an outstanding real estate agent! He spent time getting to know us, and asked us the right questions to understand what we were looking for in a home. He continuously went above and beyond during our home buying process. Brian made sure we were comfortable with the home we were purchasing by supporting us through the negotiation process and made sure we could get as much possible for the money we spent. He helped us save quite a bit off the original sale price of the home and a little more! Brian even came to support us through the inspection process knowing this is our first home. I’ve purchased my share of properties in my lifetime but my most recent purchase in St Louis presented some unique challenges. Thankfully Brian was there to help me navigate through 100 year old knob and tube wiring that led to negotiations with the home owner as well as the insurance company. Brian helped every step of the way. I also learned the mortgage/title industry is challenged with professional criminals trying to commit wire fraud. After receiving very legitimate looking emails from the title company, with some suspicious wording I went right to Brian. He navigated me through the attempted fraud. This could have been a significant financial loss for me. The situation was significant enough for the title company to enlist the FBI. Brian was very responsive and helpful during this unique purchase. I also continue to leverage him for his solid network of contacts for some minor home repairs. I trust his opinion.

Brian was exceptional in every facet of my home purchasing process -- searching, narrowing down, examining prospective homes, advising on pros and cons of each home, negotiation, and walking through the buying process. His experience gives him the ability to identify issues with homes (even seemingly indiscernible ones such as signs of leaks, which I would have never seen). He spent whatever time was necessary to review each property thoroughly and answer any question I had (and if necessary forward to the seller). He provided reliable recommendations for submitting bids and worked diligently (and quickly) to provide bids during a climate when late bidders were left behind. There was no doubt in my mind that he was providing the best service anyone in the city receives. Having worked in this industry for years, he made superb recommendations for support professionals such as inspectors, brokers, and even insurance. Each person he recommended, plainly, was similarly top in his field. Their service was exemplary, and I trusted that Brian would only recommend a person if he had an unwavering trust in their ability to deliver. As such, the buying process was smooth, and any irregularities (which should be expected in such a process) were addressed swiftly and completely. I had no worries throughout the process. During closing, Brian was there to assure that all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted -- this too gave me a great sense of assurance that everything was being done right. In sum (and I see all other reviewers hold similar views), Brian is the Poster Boy for what an agent should be. I will recommend him to all friends in the future, and to anyone else reading this review.

Where do i start ? Brian listened to my every want and Catered to my every need All while educating me about buying & selling homes. Which was soooo beneficial towards me buying my first rental property . I’d definitely work with him again and Highly recommend him .
