Professional- I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Naples Board of Realtors and the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors- my primary board- all of my listings go in both Marco and Naples MLS systems. I am currently on the Marco Area Association of Realtors Professional Development Committee and the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Committee, I am also serving as the chairperson of the MLS Review Task Force.

 

Educated- I am a college graduate; I have a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.  I have held my Florida real estate license since 1987; I joined REMAX Affinity Plus in 2017 after having been affiliated with just one other real estate company since 1988.  I have earned my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, the highest state level designation in residential sales.  I am a Certified E-Marketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Specialist. I also earned my Marco Island Specialist designation.

 Realtor- I am a single agent; I don't work as part of a team or with a partner.  I am responsible for my listings and my buyers.  I have a very organized system in handling all aspects of every transaction.  When my buyers and sellers need information, I will have the answers for them because I am handling the details and know what is going on every step of the way. I pride myself on giving personalized, detailed service to my clients.

More importantly, exposure of my listings on the Internet through my efforts and those of REMAX Affinity Plus and its Internet partners including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Google,

Facebook and all the major Internet real estate sites. REMAX Affinity Plus has an excellent and easy to navigate Marco Island MLS navigation site widely used by buyers and sellers when searching properties.

 

Islander- I have lived on Marco Island since 1985. I know this Island inside and out. My children were born here, making them true Islanders. Not only have I learned about the Island through my own experiences, but I have experienced it from the ground up in the process of raising children. My children went through the Marco Island school system; both graduated from Lely High School in Naples and are both graduates of Florida Universities.

 

Accessible- I am a full time professional Realtor living full time on the Island.

I don't take the summer off or go on extended vacations. I work out of my office at REMAX Affinity Plus, (the Bald Eagle location, we also have an office on Collier Blvd.)- my office is where I can usually be found.  I can always be reached by cell phone.

 

Dedicated- Most recently I completed a three-year term as a director for the Marco Island Board of Realtors and I am a past executive officer, I was Treasurer in 2003 and 2004. Currently I am on the MLS Committee and the Professional Development Committee.  I am well connected to the current trends and potential legislative changes of the real estate world through my association and participation with the board.
