I am a full-time real estate professional and have been a real estate professional in the area since 2003 and I am proud to offer my knowledge and services to you. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy my client's needs. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when working with me. In addition to working with traditional buyers and sellers, my areas of expertise range from Luxury Homes, First Time Home Buyers, Move-up, Empty Nesters, REO’s, negotiating Short Sales, working with seniors to working with multi-million dollar Investors. My primary focus areas include Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Loomis, Newcastle, Penryn, Auburn, Lincoln, Folsom, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Elk Grove, Galt and the greater Sacramento area. I also work the Sutter-Yuba County area which includes, Plumas Lake, Wheatland, Marysville, Yuba City.
