The work they do together is driven by the client’s distinct goals, values, aspirations, and concerns. Ann works with clients to answer the questions that keep them up at night. She wants you to rest well and live your best life.

Ann believes everyone should realize that their relationship with money started when they were very young. Ann’s journey began when she was growing up in Green Bay, WI. Raised in a single-parent household, in the ‘60s, Ann and her siblings were taught the value of both money and hard work. Each of the three children left the house with a college education and an inexpensive, yet reliable, used car.

Her career in finance began at Marquette Banks, where she first realized she was passionate about financial literacy. Ann believes every person should understand that money is a tool; a tool to be used to create the life you want to live. Today her vehicles for increasing financial literacy is teaching retirement planning seminars at local community colleges, and through partnerships with The Associate of Financial Educators to provide no-cost financial education workshops and webinars in the workplace.

Ann has been a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) since 1991. She joined Baird as a Financial Advisor in 2020 and attended the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay (UWGB) where she studied Business and Economics.

She recently joined the Andersen Sillerud, Treml-Olson Group as the team's, Senior Client Specialist. Milena focuses and dedicates herself to each client experience. Her immense attention to detail, and knowledge working with individuals and families all over the United States, has allowed her to connect with a very diverse client background. 

Milena grew up in the Twin Cities, and is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. She is a classical pianist, dog owner, and has spent significant time traveling to other countries.
