Graduating from the University of Wyoming in Business Administration, I made my first rental investment in 1974. Short story, selling properties helped pay for my childrens' college degrees! In 1996 I became a licensed broker in Colorado and have loved serving my investment, first time buyer and owner occupied clients ever since! I love the marketing process for my listers, and helping buyers get the home they love! My loyal clients have bought their investment properties and forever homes with me, and others have returned for my services time and time again!
