Peter Xantheas

Peter studied history and political science at Wayne State University and received an M.A. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago. For over 20 years Peter has lived in Chicago. During that time he taught middle and high school history and social studies in the city and in the nearby suburbs garnering several awards for teaching excellence. Peter left the classroom in 2007 to enter the real estate world and has sold and leased hundreds of properties throughout Chicago and the suburbs.
Peter lives in Edgewater/Andersonville. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Oliver and Zoey. He also enjoys exploring the city, gardening on his roof deck, drafting and designing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
