As it turns out...helping people buy, sell & invest in real estate may be an ancesteral calling. Colorado Senator J.M. Madrid, one of the earliest Colorado Pioneers was Karen's Paternal Grandmother's Uncle. He had a real estate practice in southern Colorado helping early settlers achieve home ownership. It's that down to earth, & personal approach that has helped Karen excel as a Top Producer achieving International Sterling and Diamond Award Status ranking her among the top 1% Coldwell Banker Agents in the country.
As a 5th Generation Colorado native, born & raised in Denver & a 25 year Evergreen reident, Karen knows the market and her intimate knowledge of the unique neighborhoods and communities in the Denver Front Range, is one of advantages of working with her. Showing 11 homes in a day is not unusual when working with Buyers.
