I have been a real estate consultant since 2002 and award winning for my sales each year. Representing properties throughout Boston, Brookline, Newton, Jamaica Plain, South Boston, Charlestown, Roslindale, Cambridge, Somerville, Dorchester, Roxbury and East Boston I am a Realtor®, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), International Luxury Homes Marketer (ILHM), and Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC) agent. I have successfully marketed properties throughout the greater Boston metro area, on average achieving 104% of asking price for my clients in 2018 in 22 days or less. Over my career I have sold more than 350 homes and done more than $150million in sales. As a team, we have more than 27 cumulative years of real estate experience, $180million plus in sales, and have sold over 400 homes. We have also assisted landlords and tenants with thousands of rentals. As first-time buyer and seller specialists, we are expert at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home. I am also a Luxury Home specialist, providing red carpet service and results, particularly in the Asian market. Understanding from personal experience what it is like to move between countries, we are here to help the International community, especially those moving from overseas to the Boston area. I also specialize in working with investors on multi-family buildings, having been a landlord myself. Redesigning homes to either get them sold quickly or help buyers to visualize the home of their dreams is also a specialty service I provide. Prior to entering real estate, I was a consultant in the technology industry working as a project manager and creative director for top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. I’m a proud mother to my son, Gary, and currently live in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
