Dave Ashe has been a full time real estate agent in the suburban Philadelphia area since 1985. He works primarily in Chester County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County and the Main Line area. He has managed offices for many years, holds a Broker of Record license in Pennsylvania, and is currently the Broker of Record for Keller Williams in Exton and West Chester. He served as the Chairman of the Board for Suburban West Realtors Association, which is the largest Realtor Organization in the state of Pennsylvania, in 2015. He has been very active with the local, state and National Association of Realtors, and has served at many levels. In 1997, he was named the "Realtor of the Year" for Chester County Association of Realtors. He is very active in the Downingtown area sporting scene, serving as President for the Downingtown HS Lacrosse Boosters and Swimming Boosters, and was Vice President for many years at the Downingtown Young Whippets Youth Football and Cheerleading organization. He now heads the 3 full time and 2 part time realtors that comprise the Dave Ashe Team at Keller Williams Real Estate. He is also a licensed Mediator for the National Association of Realtors and is a Certified Real Estate Instructor in Pennsylvania. Currently, he serves as a Director on the Bright MLS Board of Directors and both the Suburban West Realtors Association and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He has been married to his wife, Donna, since 1978. They have 3 grown sons and currently 6 grandchildren.
