Winners of the Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional award must satisfy the following evaluation and eligibility criteria: Qualifying client satisfaction rating; actively employed as a licensed home/auto insurance agent for a minimum of three years; number of client households served; licensed as a home/auto insurance agent; and, a favorable regulatory and complaint history review..
