Winners of the Five Star Mortgage Professional award must satisfy the following evaluation and eligibility criteria: Qualifying client satisfaction rating; actively employed as a mortgage professional for a minimum of three years; satisfies minimum production on a yearly and three year basis (# of transactions); satisfies the applicable state licensing requirements; and, a favorable regulatory and complaint history review..
