In 2019 we had total dollar sales or $256,109,642 which was a record year for real estate sales but we absolutely scattered that number in 2020 with an astonishing $411,365,876 in total dollars sales… That’s an increase of 47.8% over our previous record. If you look back 10 years in 2010 we sold a total of $75,941,292 so today we are selling  5 times more real estate than we were just 10 years ago.

And its not just total dollar sales that have gone up, it the sheer number of properties being sold. In 2019 we sold a total of 576 properties in Gillespie county. in 2020 we sold 796 individual properties so that is an increase of 27.7 % over the previous year and taking that a 10 year look back. In 2010 we sold 246 properties so compare to the 796 in 2020 that’s a 70 % increase in the number of properties changing hands from 10 years ago.

Beyond numbers
 Of course living in Fredericksburg  and the Texas Hill country is more than just numbers, it's a way of life.   I've been in the real estate business a long time and I have yet to met anyone who has moved to Fredericksburg  and regretted it.  Whether you buy a home in town or large ranch out in the county you will soon come to love the small town feel and community spirit Fredericksburg has to offer.
