“Pam was very patient with us. When we first decided to buy a house we did not have clear vision of what style or design of a house we wanted.
Even though we did not speak very good english, she listened to us very carefully and patiently and helped us figure out what we wanted. “This was my first time to buy a house in my life. Especially our situation is a kind of special because we are from Japan. Different culture has different opinion and rules so, we were so nervous. I was introduced Pam by my colleague with good reputation. I didn't even know what the realtor is and what they can do for us.
