Thank you for your interest in my personal profile as The Leading Individual Realtor on Marco Island, FL for the past several years! Selecting a Professional Real Estate Expert is a critical decision when considering engaging in a real estate transaction. Real Estate is my second career! I entered this industry on Marco Island in 2003 as a business partner with a Top Producer for many years on the Island. He was with Coldwell Banker and a wonderful mentor. When he retired and re-located, I continued to expand my business solo. Over the past 15 years I have dedicated myself to providing 5 Star Customer Service procuring Positive RESULTS for all my clients as a Full-Time Resident Marco Realtor.
I have earned numerous awards over the years including: The Marco Island “Specialist” Designation from Marco's Board Of Realtors, The International President’s Premier Award Multiple Times, The International President’s Elite Award Multiple Times, the FL 100 Club Award Multiple Times, RE/MAX’s 100% Club Award, RE/MAX’S Platinum Award, RE/MAX'S Chairman's Award, RE/MAX’S TOP 100 US Individual Realtors Citation, and the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in Customer Satisfaction for Several Consecutive Years to name a few. I am a Successful Retired School Teacher/Counselor practicing real estate with the same passion and strong work ethic I invested in the education field, where I also received multiple awards, and with the same goal ‘To Make A Difference In The Lives Of Others”. I earned a BS in Education and a MS in Counseling in New England where I was born and raised in a family of 7 children! I put myself through College and have always had the attitude that “Hard Work Pays Off”! I truly enjoyed teaching and counseling in various positions in MA, ME, Taiwan, NY and FL.
I take pride in educating and guiding people in making significant life decisions. My husband, who is a successful retired GE Engineer and Manufacturer’s Representative for an Italian Company, and I have raised 3 wonderful children. Our Older Daughter runs the largest animal rescue in SC and is a Physician’s Assistant in Neurosurgery, our Middle Daughter is a Medical Doctor and currently resides with her 3 children in NYC since her two Daughters and Son have been performing on Broadway, and our Son is a Senior Equity Partner as a Tax Attorney in Manhattan with a lovely wife, who also is an Attorney, and two handsome little boys. We have been blessed with three bright and ambitious children and five beautiful Grand-Children!
Although we have owned on Marco for twenty-seven years my heart still leaps for joy every time I cross the SS Jolley Bridge! We first came to the Island for a Christmas Vacation in 1991 and bought a small condo before we headed back to Saratoga Springs, NY. That was a huge financial stretch for us at that time having 3 children in Middle School while my husband was an Engineer and I was a School Counselor. However, it was one of the wisest investments we ever made. You just can’t beat the Lifestyle that Marco Island offers! Our original little jewel we still own and now rent and we currently reside at the South End of our Beautiful Crescent-Shaped Beach. Life Is Good On Marco!
