Perhaps the single most critical credo that Wayne has embraced throughout his career is that "being successful is not just about quoting a rate to borrowers, but analyzing and achieving their overall financial objectives”. Those principles have proven prophetic in his years in the mortgage field. His solution-oriented approach, combined with a personal promise to customers that their settlement sheets will match what was promised them at the time they made application, has enabled him to build a large database of happy repeat customers and numerous referrals.
Before joining the Embrace team, Wayne worked for Citizens Bank as a Senior Loan Officer. He has been recognized on several occasions for his outstanding work ethic – having received a Banker Award from his manager for outstanding customer service. In Wayne’s free time he enjoys playing golf, tennis and racquetball. He loves spending time with his family and friends – and enjoys meeting new people!
