With 16+ successful years working as a Realtor, I bring a lot of practical and strong experience to the table when working with my clients. Whether it is helping them to prepare to sell their home or helping them to find that dream home, I make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Often, I get to do both! We first met Pam when we tried to sell our house in Lakewood. With our luck, the market bottomed out and it did not sell. Pam worked hard, being pretty sure it wouldn’t sell, but worked tirelessly anyway. We didn’t sell our house then but we met a good friend in Pam. A few years later she was talking about the booming market and offered to do an analysis on our home again. We said fine, not expecting much. Needless to say, we were amazed at what our house could sell for then. We had her put it on the market and it sold in no time. We planned to move to Grand Junction and she found a realtor here for us.
