I have the experience and qualifications you seek specializing in the relocation of buyers and sellers, listing and selling, residential, investment and farm and ranch sales. I am ready to guide my clients through the entire buying and selling process, keeping them in the loop as the transaction progresses.
My qualifications include over 17+ years experience in Real Estate and over seventeen years experience in high technology Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering management in the State of Texas and 3 years experience in Arizona real estate. In July 2006, I became licensed as a Real Estate Broker. I have experience in domestic and international corporate Relocation as a REALTOR® and also from the corporate side, as I have hired and relocated many engineers and managers to Austin, Texas during my previous high technology career. From 2011 through 2020, I have been selected and recognized as a 5 Star Real Estate Agent in Central Texas for overall customer satisfaction, which included customer service, communication, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, finding the right home, market knowledge, and closing preparation and featured in "Texas Monthly Magazine". Agents selected for this award represent approximately 7% of licensed agents in Austin, San Antonio and the Central Texas region. During my career, I completed the required courses and achieved the nationally recognized Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations. These designations represent the knowledge and professionalism needed to perform successfully in today’s complex real estate field.
Client service, support, always putting my clients' needs first is my Number 1 priority. My goal is to make my clients real estate transaction as easy, worry-free, and as much fun as possible whether buying or selling a home. I guide my clients through every step of the process by working closely with them to determine the right price to buy or sell a home. I market property to prospective buyers through extensive and comprehensive on-line and off-line programs, negotiate the best price, and help my clients find their next home. I also assist with obtaining the most competitive financing and mortgage rate available and manage all aspects of the option period, escrow process and guide my clients through the moving process. In addition, I will always be available after closing to answer real estate questions or to assist my clients, their family or friends in a real estate transaction.
