"With a number of moves under our belt, we have worked with a spectrum of realtors (as both buyers' and sellers' agents). We recently relocated from Dallas to Denver for work, and Chris Harvey was our agent.
We couldn't have been luckier.
This was a challenging move because we were still living in Dallas and had only a few days to look at Denver homes. Chris bent over backwards researching and visiting properties ahead of time, even taking us on Skype walk-throughs for a few. When we finally came for an in-person house-hunt, Chris had already narrowed the list and organized our day. He was very cognizant of our family needs (schools, parks, kid-friendly neighborhood), and balanced those well against our lifestyle preferences (foodies, outdoorsy, not too suburban).
The negotiation became complicated, as there were repairs that required completion before we arrived in Denver. Chris dutifully represented us to not only the sellers, but also to the repair crews that worked on the house before we moved in. This was certainly not his responsibility, but without Chris's efforts, I am sure we never would have been able to pull off this move. Even after the sale was completed, Chris continued to assist us with some residual work left over by the repair crews.

ACTIVITIES

Real Estate isn't his only passion. Chris is a dedicated husband, and father to a 7 year old daughter and a 4 year old Chinook dog. Don't know what a Chinook is? Go ahead and ask!

An amazing amateur chef, he loves cooking restaurant quality meals for family and friends. Chris stays active by skiing and hiking. He's happy when on a trail, on a mountain - snow or no snow.
