E Lawrence Tyree Smith, CRPC®, CRPS®, is the President and Wealth Planning Advisor for ELS Vision Wealth Management. Lawrence is responsible for working with participants in existing Lincoln Employer Sponsored Plans, small business owners, and individuals in need of expanded financial planning. Lawrence is passionate about helping people reach their future wealth goals. Prior to establishing his own firm in 2017, Lawrence served as a Registered Representative with JP Morgan Chase, as a Retirement Consultant with Lincoln Financial Group, and as a Financial Advisor with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp.

Lawrence earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Paul Quinn College, and went on to earn his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designations from the College for Financial Planning. Currently holding Series 7, 6, 63, and 66, securities licenses and Life and Health Insurance agent licenses, Lawrence is well-equipped to assist his clients in a multitude of financial matters.

His passion for empowering families, individuals, and communities to make good financial decisions, has made Lawrence a requested speaker at conferences, seminars, faith based institutions, employer-sponsored events and organizational meetings throughout the nation.   Lawrence chose his career so he could help people create a future of financial freedom and dignity, while positively impacting their loved ones and their community.

Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria-considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9.
