Kadija Taylor is a native of Denver, Colorado. Her love for all things real estate and design led her open Home & Sanctuary in 2019. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Denver she began a career in property management where she spent twelve years in the field. She found her niche in affordable housing and was given various opportunities to serve on project committees for rehabs, renovations, and new builds throughout her tenure. In 2016 she decided to spread her wings and venture into the world of real estate and home design to fulfill a life long dream of becoming a real estate agent.
As a realtor and budding designer she has the unique opportunity to walk clients through the home buying process and continue the relationship after, helping them create the space they envisioned when purcahsing their home. Her company leads with idea that the space you occupy is spiritual. Home is not just where you live but the energy you introduce to it that can restore, comfort, and rejuvenate the whole person.
