Jeff Stainer is an outstanding real estate professional who goes "above and beyond" with every aspect of the business! I sold my house in Naperville with Jeff and he made mindful, analytical suggestions to improve my house instead of just reducing, reducing the price. He made a very difficult and stressful time in my life much easier with his knowledgeable, cheerful and humorous personality. He knows how to negotiate by bringing out the best in people to execute the deal to close. I also purchased my new home in Darien with Jeff. He patiently showed me many houses while critiquing the pros and cons of each home with his extensive expertise in home construction until I found the right home. Over the years, I have worked with more than half a dozen real estate agents to buy and sell homes. I can say with confidence that Jeff has been the best by a wide margin. He is in a different league. Until we worked with Jeff, we didn't realize what a difference a good agent can make to the home buying/ selling experience. We hired Jeff to sell our house that had been on the market already for six months. After we switched to Jeff the weekly showings went up significantly, in spite of the summer selling season being over. He updated the house pictures and advertised in lot more places, resulting in more showings. We were out of town while our house was listed. Jeff babysat our house and would look after it to make sure everything was in good condition. If something needed to be fixed he would arrange for the right person to come and fix the problem. After showings, he would personally follow up with the potential buyers and their agents to get feedback. Once we got an offer on the house, the buyer's inspection came up with a long list of things to be fixed in the house. Jeff went way beyond expectations to take care of those things and get them fixed in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost while staying in touch with the buyer to keep up their enthusiasm. He has a wonderful team - attorney, various tradesmen ... he works with to get the deal across the line. I would strongly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell their house.
