Originally from Seaford, Delaware, Judy Madden Rhodes is a lifelong resident of Sussex County and is currently living and working in the beach area. Licensed since 1999, Judy has served her clients over the last 27 years with integrity, honesty, and an ethical responsibility to her clients at the forefront. Judy believes that training and education are the keys to success. Coming from a family of educators, it was natural for Judy to earn seven different real estate designations; designations that most realtors never take the time to acquire. They are:

In addition, Judy has earned two certifications as a Listing Specialist, 10/18, and as a Pricing Specialist, 10/19. Judy knows that the knowledge she gains from “going the extra mile” benefits her clients as much as it benefits her.
Judy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, and the Sussex County Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and has served as Chairperson of various committees throughout her membership. Judy has also served as a member and chairperson of various Realtor committees, both at the local and state levels, most recently the Education and the Convention committees. She is active and serves on the SCAOR PAC Political Action Committee for three years, and has been chairperson for the Sussex County Specialist designation that is being implemented in our county very soon.
Judy has spent years learning from each and every transaction and, as such, can offer valuable tips, best practices, and counsel to her clients and customers.
