After buying two houses of his own and managing a rental property, Jonathan Paul discovered he had a knack for real estate. And as a fifteen-year resident of Oak Park, he realized his own community was the best place to set up shop.
Today, Jonathan helps buyers and sellers throughout the western suburbs. He spends a lot of time getting to know his clients to help them have the best real estate experience possible, whether they’re buying, selling or renting.
Jonathan’s clients find him easy to work with, sincere and personable. His attention to detail, negotiation skills and market knowledge give his buyers a clear advantage. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan does everything in his power to help each client achieve his or her goals. While he loves working with all sorts of clients, Jonathan gets particular satisfaction helping first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership.
When he’s not working with real estate clients, Jonathan has a not-so-secret life as a musician. He has a Bachelor of Music in Performance/Jazz Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington and has worked as a recording artist, touring musician, music teacher and music booking agent. He currently plays with Tributosaurus, which meticulously recreates the music of famous bands.
Jonathan loves spending time with his wife and three children, and he always gets involved in his kids’ activities. He has volunteered as a soccer and baseball coach over the past several years and can be found cheering at his children’s many, many, many games.
