Sean Selters has been working in the mortgage industry since 2012. His experience has a transaction coordinator working directly with processors and underwriters has given him insight into the guidelines and requirement of more programs than most loan officers will gain through their careers. With this knowledge, Sean is able to come up with creative solutions to even the most challenging files, insuring his clients are able to purchase the home of their dreams.
While outside of the office, like most Colorado natives, Sean likes to spend his time outdoors. In the summers you can find him camping, hiking one of Colorado's 58 14'ers, attempting to wake board at Boulder Reservoir, or going for a relaxing ride on his bike. During the cold winter months, Sean likes to snowboard when he can find a weekend off from coaching youth wrestling.
