I’m an award- winning Realtor because I’m passionate about providing the best real estate experience for my clients. I’m a Denver native and know that finding a home can be overwhelming because there are so many great neighborhoods to chose from. I enjoy helping my clients drive through the city searching for their perfect home in the right location.
I’m in and out of homes everyday from the North Suburbs like Westminster, Brighton and Erie down to the South Suburbs like Sterling Ranch, Littleton, and Centennial. Then there’s the Denver Metro Area like LoHi, RiNo and Wash Park. I pride myself on being knowledgeable about market trends and being a Market Expert. I get a big picture view of what’s happening with condos and single family homes around the Denver Area as well as the suburbs.
Being a local Market Expert helps me keep my Buyer’s informed on what they can purchase with their hard earned money, advise them on a good investment and strategize the best possible offer.
As for my Seller’s, I get to see what the competition looks like. I can advise on what improvements can and should be made to their home, provide them with the best marketing strategies, and negotiate the best possible offer on their behalf, keeping more of their investment dollars in their pocket.
Whether it’s a purchase or sale of a home, what sets me apart from other Realtors is that I am a former educator and I do a great job of educating my clients so they have the best and most current information to base their decisions on. There is no home sale or purchase that is the same, I listen carefully to my clients individual needs and concerns. I am also data driven and am committed to frequent, open and honest communication.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision, one of the biggest investments a person makes in their lifetime. I don’t take my job lightly and my clients appreciate that. My business is 90% referral based and I’m proud and honored by that. My clients trust me and refer me to their friend’s and family, time and time again.
