Welcome. I’m Andrew Birchall, a fourth-generation St. Augustine native serving the growing real estate needs of St. Johns County. When my grandfather, Noble “Put” Calhoun, founded his successful real estate business here in St. Augustine many years ago, he discovered something I treasure every day—the satisfaction and fulfillment of helping families, couples and individuals find their dream homes and investments here in the Ancient City.
Cultural diversity, historic living and modern conveniences make St. Augustine a great place to call home. I know Downtown. I know Anastasia. I know the Shores and the South and Moultrie. Quite simply, I know St. Augustine. It’s my home, it’s my history, and it’s my favorite place. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to share it with you.
