As a full time real estate agent since 2004, and a broker since 2017, I have had the pleasure of working through the ups and downs of our local real estate market and with many fabulous clients. In order to ensure that I provided the greatest service to my clients, I have earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. I am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and have lived on both sides of the state line and had children attend schools in both states.
I strive to keep on top of local and national trends in marketing your home. I utilize resources offered by major online real estate sites to help both buyers and sellers make the most of their real estate transaction.
