A native Texan and long-time Austin resident, Charlotte Lipscomb has achieved a tremendous history of success selling Austin luxury real estate since 1984. She has many interests, but real estate is her passion. Charlotte has been a respected top producer in the Austin marketplace for many years as a 26+ year shareholder/co-owner with the luxury boutique firm, AvenueOne Properties, until the sale of that company a few years ago, after which Charlotte was instrumental in the launch and opening of the Austin Portfolio Real Estate office, the luxury boutique arm of the international, mega company of Keller Williams Realty. The Austin Portfolio Real Estate office’s unparalleled success laid the ground work and created the business model that has resulted in the opening of many other Portfolio Real Estate offices throughout the country.
