Lois has been building her real estate practice since May of 2003. She’s had the privilege of serving a diverse clientele ranging from first-time buyers, international relocations, luxury home sellers and buyers, and even commercial investors. While Lois is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, she prides herself in providing the utmost level of care to all her clients and their homes, in every price range, from grand estates to the cozy and modest. She has found some of the most personally rewarding experiences have been assisting new buyers and sellers as they navigate their first real estate transaction. Her formula for success has been putting the individual needs and priorities of her clients first, and keeping focused on their best interests. This is why Lois is especially proud to say that more than 90% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Lois earned an MBA from the University of Oregon’s OEMBA program, her undergraduate business degree from Portland State University and has continued to maintain her license as a CPA for over 25 years now. Prior to real estate, Lois began her professional career in public accounting and then transitioned to corporate finance, culminating in the position of Corporate Controller and Director of Finance for an international, high-tech, publicly-traded company. This is where Lois developed her keen analytical sense, financial acumen, problem-solving skills, negotiation techniques and the discipline of a dedicated professional; giving her a unique set of qualifications in the Portland market. It's her utmost pleasure to now be putting that experience and perspective to work for you! Lois will always make herself available to take the very best care of anyone you refer to her. While she’s not at the office or out with clients, you can find Lois golfing, spending time with family and friends, working out, or walking their dog. She’s walked a half-marathon and participated in the Portland to Coast relay race. She manages to find time to participate in community efforts, and has served on the board of the Rotary Club of Clackamas, finance committee of the YWCA of Portland, and finance committee of Willamette Valley Country Club. She has traveled internationally both for business and pleasure. She’s a proud fourth generation Oregonian (although technically she was born in California, has lived in both Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Montana, she’s been an Oregon resident for nearly 35 years now). She met her husband in college and now as empty nesters they share their home with their fantastic pups, Crosby, a Goldendoodle and Lexi a Labradoodle.
