After 19 years in Florida, owning two real estate companies and two mortgage companies in two states, and during local tours in some of the "Big Real Estate" brands, Jim and Cherri Kasmirski worked together to learn more about the Florida Residential Real Estate industry.
After working with primarily Buyers for a few years, and finding great success - Named to the Top 3% of Sarasota Realtors® for Customer Service in Sarasota Magazine from 2014 to 2019, and ranked in the Top 2% of our Board of Realtors®, it was time. With Jim as a former Corporate Financial Analyst and having attended Graduate School in Finance, and Cherri's 20 year Corporate Sales career, we knew we would find the right solutions for Sellers and Buyers.
