I have been doing residential and commercial mortgages in the Portland area since 1976. Over the years, I have seen many changes in the mortgage business, but to me, these have been financial changes. What has not changed for me is the high-quality commitment to service I feel that every one of my clients deserves. The mortgage experience can be overwhelming. It is my job to be flexible and make your mortgage experience a pleasurable one. At FAM we offer in-house conventional, jumbo, FHA and FHA 203K, VA and VA Streamline, USDA Rural, Washington State Home Advantage Program, Reverse Mortgage purchase and refinances, investment property loans, Student Loans, etc.
I am proud to be a native Portland area resident going to Madison High School and graduating from Portland State University.
I have been married to Diane for over 30 years and we have two beautiful daughters, both graduating from the University of Oregon. Our oldest daughter is married and blessed us with 2 grandchildren, ages 2 ½ and 5. I have been involved in coaching kids, starting out with T-ball and basketball to help coach high school softball. I also enjoy golf, fishing, and camping. I have volunteered for many non-profit organizations and have been involved in many service projects in our community. I am Past-President of the Clackamas Sunrise Rotary and the PSU Athletic Association.
