I started selling real estate after traveling the world for 18 years as a Performance Director and Performer in Disney on Ice. My roots are in Gig Harbor and University Place though, where I spent all of my childhood.
I live in and love Gig Harbor so my area of focus come naturally…I help you find the right home (value, price and fit) to buy in the Gig Harbor area. No pressure and no time limits. Whether you are moving from New York, Korea or a mile down the road, I am experienced in making the transition smooth. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I hold a designation that is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
My other niche is new construction and has been since 2003 so I would amend that to say new or newer homes. I spend time researching and keep up with the inventory of builders, watching for trends in our communities so I can analyze market conditions for my clients.
I continue to have success and help my clients achieve their selling goals, being named for the 10th time as a 2018 Five Star Real Estate Agent for best in client satisfaction. For buyers, we work hard to find the right property at the right price and do not compromise.
Before becoming a Realtor, I also received my BA in Communications from the University of Washington, graduating Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
I continue to educate myself in real estate, completing the requirements for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
