Jennie obtained her estate salesperson’s license in 2001 and immediately began working in the industry as an agent with First Realty GMAC. She quickly found that although she loved working with Buyers and Sellers, she also believed in the power of teamwork and utilizing team members’ strengths in order to create the biggest impact for her clients. Consequently, in 2005, she obtained her broker’s license and made the decision to work alongside Jon Spheeris, one of Southeast Wisconsin’s most respected and experienced brokers, at Prudential ABSOLUTE REALTORS. Almost 9 years later, in 2014, Jon opened his new company - Coldwell Banker Elite, and Jennie moved with him into the position of Managing Broker and Relocation Director for the new office. Jennie sees her partnership with Coldwell Banker Elite as a great opportunity to serve other top producing agents in the area. She also looks forward to continuing to serve her own clients by providing them with high quality, client-centered service.
When she is not working, Jennie enjoys spending time with her husband doing anything outdoors – camping, hiking, photography, working out and playing with her three dogs. She also very much enjoys coupling her love for real estate with her personal life; so Jennie and her husband own investment properties in the local area which she enjoys managing.
