Brian Pintar was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after graduating from Marquette with a wrestling scholarship, he moved to Chicago in 1995 where he began his tenure in the mortgage industry. After 2 ½ years in Chicago, he made a life change and moved to Colorado with his twin brother. Since then, he has continued to work in the mortgage industry and calls Colorado his permanent home with his wife and 3 children.
Brian has broad knowledge of the financial market and mortgage industry, so he focuses on educating his
clients to gain their trust. This empowers them to feel more comfortable with his expert guidance and have
more confidence with the mortgage process. His dynamic personality along with expertise has been essential
in delivering unsurpassed service to both clients and Realtor partners. Therefore, Brian has received many
prestigious industry awards, year after year. Brian’s team also has decades of mortgage experience, and
collectively they communicate regularly with all parties involved in the home-buying transaction, resulting in a professional and smooth experience.
Almost as important as helping clients with homeownership, Brian’s goal in life is to give, both personally
and professionally, without the expectation of receiving. This philosophy is credited to his long-term success. In an effort to also involve Brian’s clients in giving back without money coming out of their pockets, the Brian Pintar Team has set up a ‘Pay It Forward’ initiative. When a client closes a loan with NFM Lending, Brian will contribute $150 towards a preselected charity.
