Michael K Grant is the broker/franchise owner of EXIT Dream Team Realty, a premier full-service real estate brokerage located in downtown Sarasota, Florida. Twelve-time recipient of the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Agent Award featured in Sarasota Magazine and in the top 15 from more than 12,300 Realtor candidates in the Sarasota/Manatee, Michael holds a unique status among his peers and the most elite agents in the area! His influence and leadership style has led EXIT Dream Team Realty to become a marketplace leader with strengths in residential and resale properties, luxury home and estate properties, commercial and investment properties, new construction, acreage and first-time homebuyers!
He is actively involved in several local charities, inlcuding K.I.D.S. By The Sea / His Kids cancer research program, Children's Healthy Pantry which helps combat hunger in school-age children, as well as the Great Teddy Bear Run motorcycle parade and benefit. In addition, he brings with him a distinguished career of executive leadership from several prior real estate giants, as well as senior sales and marketing management positions in several major domestic and internationally focused companies. His experience has furthered the business development efforts and implementation of marketing and sales plans that capitalized on company product/service sets with best-of-breed appeal.
Michael graduated from Marquette University in 1983 with a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his MBA with a Specialization in Sales and Marketing Management from Nova Southeastern University in 1987. He lives in Sarasota, has five grown children, enjoys sports cars, classic car restoration, motorcycles, golf, music, guitar, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
