Michael K Grant is the Broker/Owner of the boutique award-winning brokerage entitled Dreamify Real Estate LLC with focus at both residential and commercial real estate, as well as a long history of award winning production and customer service accolades! Michael had also served as Broker Of Record for two major RE/MAX franchise operations with nine branch office locations north and east of Tampa and approximately of 300 agents. During that timeframe, he managed brokerage annual production results in excess of 3300 transactions with a sales volume growth of approximately $350M - from $883M to $1.2B, and an overall annual commissions payout to agents of $24M. Michael successfully revamped new agent commission model blending best of breed aspects from competitive programs, helping the combined brokerage franchises to achieve a rank of #1 in new recruits within the Southeast Region for 2020 - bringing in 45 new agents during that calendar year. He led the creation of three Agent Social Media Studio Systems for the brokerages with advanced technology large screen touch control presentation systems and accompanying concierge video capture systems to offer agent-customer advanced sales capability initiated during the pandemic years. He also restructured span of control within the franchises by the implementation of remote area managers – to help focus on agent support, as well as international and investment sales near Florida's famous theme parks. Prior to that, Michael was the franchise owner of award winning EXIT franchise located on Main Street in downtown Sarasota over a period of five years between 2013-2018. Michael graduated from Marquette University in 1983 with a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his MBA with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship and a focus in Sales and Marketing Management from Nova Southeastern University in 1987. He lives in Sarasota, has five grown children, enjoys swimming, exotic cars, Jeeping, cafe racer motorcycles, golf, music, guitar, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
