About Beth
Recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for four consecutive years, 2023–2026, Beth Pihl brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to buyers and sellers throughout Charlotte and Lake Norman. She is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Pihl Realty, Inc., in affiliation with Southern Homes of the Carolinas, and holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation.
Beth’s experience spans mortgage lending, new construction, and residential brokerage, giving her a broad understanding of the decisions that shape a successful purchase or sale. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, with majors in Marketing and Real Estate. Licensed in North Carolina in 1993, she spent eight years in new construction sales and founded Pihl Realty, Inc. in 2003. Throughout her career, she has built her business around trusted advice, thoughtful strategy, and lasting relationships.
For sellers, Beth combines disciplined pricing, strategic positioning, and elevated marketing to attract buyer interest and strengthen their negotiating position. For buyers, she looks beyond a home’s appearance to evaluate value, identify potential concerns, and negotiate terms that support their goals.
