Masha Kozlovets
To me, real estate is more than buying or selling a home. It’s where life happens, memories are made and new chapters begin.
I’ve been helping buyers, sellers and investors navigate Washington real estate since 2018. With a business degree, years of learning from investors and hands-on experience flipping homes and building my own rental portfolio, I understand both the numbers and the bigger picture. From ROI and cash flow to long-term wealth and retirement planning, I help my clients look beyond the transaction and make decisions with the future in mind.
My interest in psychology adds another layer to how I work. I’m currently completing my psychology degree and continue studying business, relationships, mindset and the psychology of money. Understanding both the financial and human side of a decision helps me better understand my clients, negotiate on their behalf and protect what matters most to them.
Originally from Ukraine, I came to the U.S. on my own as a student, without speaking English, and built my life from the ground up. That experience shaped my work ethic and my appreciation for what it takes to create financial security and build something of your own.
Real estate brings together so much of what I value: people, relationships, psychology, investing and personal growth. I speak Ukrainian, Russian and English, and I’m grateful to be part of such meaningful chapters in my clients’ lives. Many of those relationships continue well beyond closing and turn into lasting friendships.
