Lawrence Smith, CFP®, CRPC®, CRPS®,is the founder and president of ELS Vision Wealth Management. He serves as a Wealth Planning Advisor who specializes in partnering with successful professionals. small business owners. and professional athletes to provide comprehensive financial planning for life's important financial decisions. Lawrence guides his clients to write their vision for their future both financially and otherwise and then he helps to create a written financial plan through a strategic design that leaves his clients empowered to reach financial independence and to secure a legacy of generational wealth and/or community building.

Lawrence has over a decade of experience in the financial planning industry with positions at JPMorgan Chase and Lincoln Financial Group. During this time. he developed his passion for helping others achieve their financial goals, ultimately leading to the creation of ELS Vision Wealth Management in 2017. The firm was founded in alignmentwith Lincoln's philosophy to serve first. serve last. and serve always, while emphasizing good fiscal stewardship in the community and among clients.

Lawrence is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional with designations from the College for Financial Planning as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). He is also a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Player Financial Advisor. He holds various registrations and licenses, including Series 6, 7, 63, 66, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. He has received numerous awards for both his work with his clients as well as his service and commitment to improving the financial services industries commitment to the clients it serves.

An alum of Paul Quinn College and a certificate holder from Howard University, Lawrence finds passion in uplifting his community. He volunteers his time serving with civic organizations, Faith-Based institutions, community boards. and through the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Lawrence is a proud father and husband who is motivated by his family and faith to make a difference in the lives of others every day.

Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria - considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9.
