I've lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of my life and know the different neighborhoods well. Since settling in Woodinville in 1981, I've been involved in the community and schools while raising my family. I love educating people about the buying and selling process to make them comfortable. I strive to build lasting relationships, especially with first-time home buyers, seniors, and families handling estates. Most of my clients come from referrals. My experience includes managing rentals, student housing, and remodeling homes for resale. I can help you sell your home as is or fix it up for a higher return.
