William Weflen – REALTOR®
William Weflen began his career in the building industry in 2004, working hands-on framing homes and distributing drywall and roofing materials to residential and commercial construction projects for 10 years, becoming the lead field supervisor, foreman, and trainer while gaining experience in all aspects of every area in the field. Through his dedication and strong work ethic, William advanced into the role of Logistics Manager, where he oversaw customer service operations, sales, labor, and product distribution at the highest level for another 5 1/2 years. In this role, he also managed relationships and accounts of the company’s largest residential and commercial clients.
Today, William brings that same commitment and industry knowledge to his career as a REALTOR®. He has assembled a real estate team with over 50 years of combined industry experience, providing clients with the expertise and local market insight needed to navigate every stage of the buying or selling process.
William’s commitment to exceptional service and professionalism has earned him the prestigious Seattle Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
