Connie Oller is a Colorado-based mortgage broker and co-owner of Blue Spruce Mortgage, bringing over 25 years of mortgage industry experience. She serves homebuyers across Colorado, specializing in Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Jumbo, and down payment assistance programs. Throughout her career, Connie has held positions in loan origination, management, and executive leadership within mortgage companies, giving her a deep understanding of both the lending process and the client experience.
