I am the team leader for the Marc Hammarberg Group
at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach
REALTORS®. I have been a licensed agent for over 20
years, actively practicing for the last fifteen years.
I am an Accredited Buyer's and Seller's Representative,
an Associate Broker, a Senior Specialist, and a GREEN
Realtor. I have been recognized and awarded numerous
awards for my sales production including the Greater
Philadelphia Association of Realtors Diamond Award -
awarded to the top 1/2 percent of agents in the BHHS
national network and the Platinum and Gold Award. I
have been recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as a
top real estate agent, and is a recipient of the Five Star
Professional Award, as seen in Philadelphia Magazine
and voted on by consumers.
I am a member of GPAR, PAR, and NAR. I am also an
active member of the Center City Residence
Association and South of South Neighbors Association.
I have played an active role in the local Fitzwater 2000
Community Garden, and previously sat on the Board of
Directors at Raja Yoga and Meditation Center.
I am also a Philadelphia native, having grown up in the
Overbrook Farms neighborhood at the edge of West
Philadelphia but I have also lived overseas and traveled
extensively. I am a 30 year Center City resident and
currently live in the Graduate neighborhood.
My goal is to give my Buyer and Seller clients
exceptional representation through personalized service
and my passion for the industry, keen market
knowledge enable me to work non-stop to make that
happen.
