Holly entered the real estate profession in 1996 and has never looked back. As a Denver native, she has a vast knowledge of the unique neighborhoods that make up our city. She can tell her clients why someone might choose Bonnie Brae over Wash Park, what the merits are of a 1950’s ranch, and where you can still see kids walking to school. Her clients often thank her for the perspective she offers during their home buying or selling process.
Holly’s business is based on referrals and repeat business from the clientele she has established over many years. Her greatest assets as a realtor are her communication and problem solving skills. Holly’s approach is solution oriented and she finds that there really is almost always a way forward. In her free time, Holly enjoys live music, snow and water skiing, reading and cheering on all of our professional sports teams, but especially the Denver Broncos. Holly and her husband Fred have raised their two children in Denver and have instilled in them a love of our city and state, and appreciation for the opportunity to grow up in such an amazing place.
